Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making the site accessible.

Last updated 2 August 2026.

1. Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across this website. Accessibility is checked as part of development rather than audited once at the end.

2. What we have done

Measures currently in place include:

text and interface colours checked against their actual background, with body text meeting the 4.5:1 contrast minimum;

a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, checked against both light and dark sections to meet the 3:1 minimum;

full keyboard operation, a skip link to the main content, and focus kept inside the mobile navigation while it is open;

headings used in order so the page structure can be navigated with assistive technology;

support for the reduced-motion system setting, which stops animation and shows a settled still frame instead;

a pause control on every animation that starts on its own and repeats.

3. Known limitations

The interactive diagrams that explain the platform are dense, and some convey state through a combination of colour, icon and text label. We believe the text label carries the meaning in each case, but these are the parts of the site most likely to cause difficulty.

This statement reflects our own testing. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit.

Any third-party content or documents we link to may not meet the same standard.

4. Reporting a problem

If you meet an accessibility barrier, please contact us at office@thecude.com. Tell us the page, what happened and how you would prefer to be contacted, and we will reply with assistance or the information in another format.
